On March 27, Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 422, which reschedules Pennsylvania’s primary election from April 28 to June 2 due to the COVID-19 emergency. Voters have the option to vote by mail-in ballot rather than going to their polling place on election day and you do not need a reason to do so. Mail-in ballot applications will be accepted through Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Be sure to apply today to make sure you receive your ballot in time on the state of PA website.
It will take months or years to really grasp the impact of the virus on the housing market, but for the time being, there remains a high demand for property in the Philadelphia area.
