Living in and selling homes in Northwest Philadelphia has given us the opportunity to see so many beautiful homes.

A large portion of the homes in this area were built between 1880 and the early 1920s, so we are surrounded by some incredible homes.  Wissahickon Schist, red brick, native woods and Victorian charm abound. The area is also known for it’s eclectic mix of everything from 18th-century farmhouses to enclaves of working-class rowhomes and twins to small single mansions and wealthy estates.
